Current Job Openings:   

Position: Therapist 

Department: Senior Life Solutions

(An outpatient counseling service that will help older adults with life’s daily challenges) 

 

Status: PRN

 

Shift: As needed; Shifts could be Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. as needed

 

Requirements:  Master’s Degree in Social Work.  LMSW or LCSW preferred (LPC and LMFT are also acceptable).  2-3 years of clinical experience with older persons.  CPR certified. 

 

Responsibilities:  The Therapist provides quality and organized psychotherapy and social services for identified clients and families.  Special emphasis will be directed towards treatment and discharge planning needs.  The Therapist will interview clients to obtain social history and data. Based on this information, the Therapist will modify social services plans for the patient.  The Therapist will meet in individual or group sessions with clients, will participate in treatment team meetings, will conduct group therapy and will conduct support groups.  The Therapist will maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
