4/2/2019 - PINCKNEYVILLE, IL - Saturday, March 30, was National Doctor's day, a time to give thanks to the medical professionals who care for our community every day.

Pinckneyville Community Hospital celebrated a day early by surprising their clinic providers, hospitalist, emergency room physician and radiologist with balloons and cupcakes on Friday, March 29.

"Doctors' Day is a way of saying thanks to the physicians, family nurse practitioners and physician assistants who work tirelessly every day to keep our community healthy," said Randall W. Dauby, CEO of Pinckneyville Community Hospital. "We are very fortunate to have such a skilled and compassionate group of physicians, family nurse practitioners, and physician assistants caring for our patients and our community."

In addition to the small physical gift, a donation was made to the Pinckneyville Community Hospital Foundation in honor of each provider directly employed by the Hospital.
