PATIENT STATEMENT QUESTIONS
If you are contacting the Hospital or Family Medical Center with questions about your billing statement, we ask for your patience. Due to conversion to our new computer system earlier this year, there was a delay in patient statements being sent. However this has now been remedied and there were over 2,500 patient statements mailed in early October. We realize that many patients have questions, our staff are working hard to answer your questions as quickly as possible. We do apologize if you have had difficulty reaching staff by phone. Please leave a voicemail message when prompted. We strive to return messages within 48 hours. If you have left a message and haven’t received a response by day three or four, please call back. Staff are available Monday through Friday between 8a and 4p. We appreciate our patients utilizing us for your healthcare needs and we want our patients to be fully informed as to the balances appearing on their statements. Again, we ask for your patience while we address any questions you have about your statement.
