Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Status: Full-time
Shift: Days, Occasional Weekend Shift
Department: Family Medical Center
Wage Rate Range: CMA - $18.50/HR - $31.27/HR based on experience
LPN - $20.25/HR - $34.22/HR based on experience
LPN:
Position Purpose: Under the direction of a Physician, Physician's Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner, performs a variety of medically related tasks in providing direct patient care. LPN will prepare exam and treatment rooms, obtain and record vital signs and medical history, prepare patients for examination, and assist with materials, instruments, and equipment during examinations.
License Requirements: Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse.
Certification Requirements: Current CPR certification.
Preferred Requirements: One (1) year physician office experience & with Electronic Medical Records.
CMA:
