The Website Privacy Policy explains how Pinckneyville Community Hospital (PCH) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information individuals provide when using its website.

 

  • Information Pinckneyville Community Hospital Collects:
    • Personal Information Includes: contact forms, appointment requests, bill-pay submissions, feedback forms.
    • No Website Tracking: PCH does not use analytics tools, session replay, advertising pixels, social media plug-ins, or other tracking technologies to monitor browsing activity on our website at this time. If PCH implements any such tools in the future, we shall update this Policy, display a consent banner, and obtain your consent if and where required.

 

  • Pinckneyville Community Hospital Use’s Information:
    • To provide requested services (appointments, patient inquiries).
    • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to secure our systems.

    • PCH’s site is not directed to children under 13, and PCH does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
