Chelsea Kuhnert, FNP-C, Transitions to Primary Care at Family Medical Center
Pinckneyville Community Hospital is excited to announce that Chelsea Kuhnert, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), will begin her new role as a primary care provider at the Family Medical Center on June 16, 2025. With over three years of experience in family medicine, Chelsea is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to the Pinckneyville community.
Chelsea earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University and is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has been affiliated with Pinckneyville Community Hospital for many years, providing care across various departments. In her new role, Chelsea will offer a full spectrum of primary care services, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, preventive care, and health education.
“I am thrilled to continue serving the Pinckneyville community in this new capacity,” said Chelsea. “Building long-term relationships with my patients and their families is incredibly rewarding. I look forward to partnering with them to achieve their health goals.”
Chelsea, along with her husband and four children, resides in Pinckneyville. She is deeply committed to her community and is excited to continue providing care to her neighbors and friends.
With Dr. Alexander Workman’s and Dr. Sabrina Haque’s decision to leave the Family Medical Center, effective July 31, 2025, to move closer to their relatives, Chelsea Kuhnert will allow a smooth transition of their patients to Chelsea as well as our other great Medical Staff including Dr. Christopher Reyes, Dr. Andrew Forbes, Dr. Sharon White-Findley, Stephen Priebe, P.A., Angie Eubanks, P.A., Miles Priebe, N.P. and Amber Kellerman, N.P.
