Pinckneyville Community Hospital Announces New Certified Personal Trainer at Wellness Center
Pinckneyville Community Hospital is proud to announce that Haley Baudison, a valued member of the hospital’s Fitness Department, has officially earned her certification as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). This prestigious certification is recognized worldwide and sets a high standard for fitness professionals.
To achieve NASM certification, individuals must complete a rigorous, science-based curriculum and pass a comprehensive two-hour exam. The program emphasizes sustainable progress and practical training approaches tailored to individual needs.
