Pinckneyville Community Hospital is proud to announce that Laynee Bebout has been selected to participate in the hospital's Educational Assistance Program as part of its "Grow Our Own" initiative.

Laynee began her career at PCH 4.5 years ago as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Since joining the hospital, she has continued to advance her education and recently earned her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. She is now taking the next step in her nursing career by pursuing her Registered Nurse (RN) degree through Kaskaskia College's LPN-to-RN bridge program.

Through the hospital's Educational Assistance Program, Pinckneyville Community Hospital helps employees further their education by providing financial assistance while developing and retaining skilled healthcare professionals within the community.

Upon completing her RN education and obtaining her nursing license, Laynee will continue her career with Pinckneyville Community Hospital as part of the nursing staff. Participation in the program includes an employment commitment to the hospital following graduation.

Pinckneyville Community Hospital is proud to invest in dedicated employees like Laynee who are committed to growing their skills and advancing their careers. Through initiatives like the Educational Assistance Program, the hospital continues to strengthen its workforce and invest in the future of local healthcare.
