The Healthy Bones Program at the Family Medical Center is designed to help individuals prevent, manage, and treat osteoporosis and other bone health conditions. Our goal is to support lifelong bone strength, reduce the risk of fractures, and improve overall quality of life through early detection, personalized treatment, and ongoing education.

  • Osteopenia (early bone loss)

  • History of fractures or frequent bone breaks

  • Vitamin D or calcium deficiencies

  • Postmenopausal bone loss

  • Medication-related bone loss (from steroids or other treatments)
