The API, one of the nation’s largest proficiency providers, serves over 20,000 laboratories and is a benchmark for excellence in the industry.
Chelsey Jackson, a dedicated member of the Materials Management Department at Pinckneyville Community Hospital (PCH), has been awarded the prestigious Summit Award for Service Excellence Advisor (SEA) – 1st Year at the 2024 National HealthCare Service Excellence Conference. The award, presented during the Night of Excellence on November 6, 2024, recognizes her exceptional contributions to enhancing patient experiences, staff engagement, and organizational excellence.

Compiled by The Chartis Center for Rural Health, the Performance Leadership Awards recognize top quartile performance (i.e., 75th percentile or above) among rural hospitals in Quality, Outcomes and/or Patient Perspective.
