Pinckneyville Community Hospital announces plans for an $11 million renovation and expansion project to meet the projected increase in healthcare needs of the community and surrounding area. The project includes a new family medical center, patient wing addition and renovations to the hospital’s existing rehabilitative therapy and emergency departments.
The Wellness Center at Pinckneyville Community Hospital partnered with Tivity Health to provide Silver Sneakers fitness memberships to eligible seniors.
As part of National Rural Health Day on November 21, Pinckneyville Community Hospital was recognized by The Chartis Center of Rural Health and the National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health (NOSORH) for overall excellence in Patient Perspective.
